Marina Rates

Moorings – US$18.00 per day

Our moorings are high quality professional moorings, with heavy duty chain and swivel. They will easily hold a boat secure up to 40 tons. All moorings have lines that are frequently cleaned and checked, but you may add your own line(s) as well.

Moorings include the use of fresh water, the bathrooms / showers, the laundramat, the WiFi, the computer in the front office, the Captain´s club, Dinghy dock, Waste oil disposal tank, and all other Marina services.

Slips – US$1.16 per foot, per day (Includes sales tax of 16% – size up to 60ft)
61 ft and above = US$2.00 per foot per day

IF YOU STAY MORE THAN ONE  MONTH YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A 10% discount on the rate

If you PREPAY TWO MONTHS of slip storage YOU ARE ENTITLED TO THE LONG TERMRATES.

Water is included at no additional charge.

Electric connections (Monophase):

  • 30 Amps – US$5.00 per day
  • 50 Amps – US$10.00 per day
  • 100 Amp or 2 x 50 Amp connections – US$20.00 per day
  • or consumption whichever is higher
  • Above 100 Amps (Triphase) = Determined by consumption

Slip rental for the month or more is at the daily rate less 10% discount.
Long term rentals (3 months or more) are available – inquire in our offices.

* Permanent residents and transients who will stay 2 months or more.  MUST BE PREPAID

Permanent Docking Spaces

  • Up to 30 feet – US$377.00 per month
  • Up to 40 feet – US$493.00 per month
  • Up to 50 feet – US$696.00 per month
  • Up to 60 feet – US$985.00 per month
  • Over 60 feet – US$20.00 per foot, per month

Note: For Dock contracts, with 1 year pay IN ADVANCE, a 10% discount applies.

WATER FREE

ELECTRIC

  • 30 AMPS – US$50.00 per month
  • 50 AMPS – US$100.00 per month
  • 100 AMPS or 2 x 50 AMPS – US$200.00 per month
  • or consumption whichever is higher

Racks:

  • Up to 23 feet – U$208.00 per month
  • Up to 27 feet – U$279.00 per month
  • Up to 30 feet – U$372.00 per month
  • Over 31 feet – U$534.00 per month

Jet Ski: US$150.00 per month (US$100.00 if the client has a ship in the Marina)
Free Dinghy if you have a ship in the Marina, if not Rack rates apply.
